· Plan, execute, and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends.
· Develop marketing content for LinkedIn, website, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
· Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business development priorities.
· Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
· Maintain consistency of brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
· Coordinate with the business development team to ensure smooth lead-to-project handoff.
· Support client onboarding through preparation of marketing collaterals and project briefs.
· Engage in post-campaign evaluations to assess client feedback and success outcomes.
· Build relationships with partners, collaborators, and industry organizations for co-marketing initiatives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technical consulting sectors.
· Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
· Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong sense of creativity and initiative.
· Experience with LinkedIn,Meta,Google and digital campaign management.
· Knowledge of engineering, construction, or safety consulting domains.
· Basic design proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
· Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
· Video content creation or storytelling experience for B2B marketing.
· 1–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing role(s) involving campaign execution, market analysis, and content development.
· Prior exposure to consulting, construction, or technical service sectors will be an added advantage.
