Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing and promotional activities for Technoscope. The role involves B2B marketing, digital marketing, branding, lead generation and coordination with the sales / presales / management teams to support business growth.
  • Plan, execute and monitor marketing & promotional activities for company products, solutions and services in IT, telecom and electronics domains.
  • Handle digital marketing:
    • Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
    • Plan and execute paid / organic campaigns to generate qualified leads
    • Coordinate website content updates, SEO basics, blogs, case studies etc.
  • Create marketing content & collaterals:
    • Company presentations, product brochures, solution briefs
    • Emailers, event invitations, success stories, client case studies
    • Short video scripts / storyboards for corporate & project videos
  • Plan and support events & promotional activities:
    • Tech shows, OEM events, customer seminars, workshops, webinars
  • Coordinate with vendors, OEM partners and internal teams for branding material
  • Work closely with sales & presales
  • Understand solution offerings (data center, smart city, ELV, GPU compute, IT & telecom etc.)
  • Prepare customized client-specific presentations & marketing kits
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and sales follow-ups through marketing activities
  • Manage brand identity:
    • Ensure consistency in logo usage, taglines, templates and tone of communication
    • Improve online reputation, testimonials, project highlight posts etc.
    • Track & report marketing performance
    • Maintain dashboards for campaigns, leads generated and engagement
    • Suggest improvements based on data and feedback


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in IT / Telecom / Electronics / System Integration companies (preferred B2B environment).
  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong).
  • Good understanding of at least some of these domains: IT infrastructure, networking, data centers, cloud, security, ELV, CCTV, PA systems, telecom, electronics products.
  • Strong skills in:
    • Content writing (English) for posts, brochures, mailers & presentations
    • MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
    • Basic design tools (e.g., Canva / Photoshop / CorelDRAW).
  • Experience in handling LinkedIn and other social media pages for company branding lead generation.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal technical teams, OEM partners and customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, creative, organized and able to handle multiple tasks & deadlines.
