Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or solutions to client/ channel Partner/ electrical contractor.
  • Train channel partners on the power products and solution.
  • Specify the products in to enquiry of corporate/ government/ consultants through direct or channel partners and secure brand business.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to have long term business association.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in the regions.
  • Give product presentation and demo to clients.
  • Developing quotes and proposals against sales enquiries.
  • Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing sales goals for the region and ensuring they are met.
  • Learning continues and improve technical skills on the different products/ solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification

    - Electrical diploma engineer / electrical Engineer/ MBA (Marketing)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Hardware/Networking Industry preferred.
  • Able to use laptop, excel, word, power point and mail comfortably.
  • Socially adaptable
  • Good in lead generation, mapping the key customer accounts,
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a small team of sales people
  • Strong communication
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines of the target/ budget with good margin of bottom line.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and work.
  • Excellent time management and able to cover the territory to create brand presence in different segments of the customers.
  • Ready to travel as it is a of job profile.
