Role Overview

B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US market.
  • Engage US-based SMBs and enterprises through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Promote and position Vitel Global’s VoIP, UCaaS, and cloud communication solutions.

Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure renewals, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
  • Respond quickly to client escalations and be

    available 24x7

    as needed for high-priority clients.

Sales Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts via CRM tools.
  • Create and deliver

    presentations, proposals

    , and respond to

    RFPs/RFQs

    effectively.
  • Share market feedback with internal teams to improve product alignment and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Attend client meetings and product walkthroughs, virtually or

    in-person

    when required.
  • Be

    willing to travel

    within Hyderabad or across India for important client interactions, meetings, or events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (

    MBA preferred

    ).
  • 5–10 years of experience in

    B2B Sales

    , with

    3+ years selling to US clients

    .
  • Prior experience in

    VoIP, Unified Communications, SaaS

    , or

    Cloud-based tech solutions

    .
  • Experience handling full sales cycles and post-sale account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for US client engagement).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and presentation tools.
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports, decks, and RFPs/RFQs.
  • Ability to work

    night shifts (US time zones)

    and handle escalations as needed.
  • Willingness to travel locally or nationally when required for client meetings.
