As an Enterprise Sales Manager for an AI based voice solutions company in Hyderabad, your role involves hunting and creating opportunities in collaboration with the Inside sales team. You will also be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters and establishing and nurturing strong client relationships. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in closing profitable agreements, while developing trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt and create opportunities in coordination with the Inside sales team - Act as the lead point of contact for customer account management - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Negotiate contracts to maximize profits - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders - Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly opportunity conversion and revenue targets - Develop new business with clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics - Prepare detailed Account plans for focused accounts - Collaborate with pre-sales & inside sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, with a focus on SaaS sales - Experience in the Conversational AI domain is preferred - Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role - Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel - Experience delivering client-focused solutions - Ability to manage multiple account management opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree or MBA - Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivated individuals thrive As an additional detail, the company provides AI-based voice solutions to businesses and operates in a remote working setup in Hyderabad, with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
