Job Description-ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop and execute the modern trade sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in modern trade channels to promote our products and secure listings.3. Negotiate terms and agreements with modern trade partners to maximize profitability and visibility of our products.4. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.5. Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.6. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.7. Generating Service revenue. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Modern Trade Sales Manager or in a similar role within the [industry/sector].Strong understanding of modern trade channels and retail operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
