Responsibilities: Understand the job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions. Source potential candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial HR interviews. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with the relevant stakeholders. Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles. Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of technologies, programming languages, and IT job roles. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Full-time
