Junior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Understand the job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles.
• Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technologies, programming languages, and IT job roles.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
