Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer requirements and market demands while providing insights to further refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and driving revenue generation in IT or cybersecurity sectors
  • Strong skills in business development, networking, and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and digital ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Experience managing teams, setting goals, and ensuring collaboration to meet targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales analytics tools is advantageous
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
