Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities for a mandate project and should be open to transitioning into retail real estate projects in the future. Key Responsibilities: Actively manage and convert inbound/outbound leads for the mandate project. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates, pricing, and negotiations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain client databases and track all communication and follow-ups in CRM. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competition, and project insights. Support transition and sales activities in retail projects when required. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandate or retail projects preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client orientation with a proactive and target-driven approach. Ability to handle fieldwork and client meetings independently. Knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market is a strong advantage. Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
