Role & Responsibilities

Candidates must have experience in Industrial Electrical & Electronics products.

  • Building relationships with existing customers & Business development in similar industry
  • Search for new customer who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential.
  • Work experience with Japanese organisation. (added advantage)

  • Import and export basic knowledge.
  • develop long-term relationships with customer, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • persuade customer that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Good knowledge on electrical and electronic components related to industrial automation.
  • Sales Knowledge & understanding on application like VFD, UPS, CNC machines, Robotics, power supplies & general machine etc.

  • negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • calculate customer quotations and administer.
  • provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. arrange and carry out product training
  • work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • analyse costs and sales, prepare reports and keep customer records
  • meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Help in the design of custom-made products
  • Experience in developing and implementing supplier qualification.
  • Knowledge of quality and business systems
  • Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Process, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
  • Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Planning and prioritising activities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influential skills
  • Ability to present data effectively.
  • Numerically astute with problem-solving skills and expertise to develop and execute objectives for self and others and the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
