Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the US market, and a passion for identifying and engaging top talent. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles in the US market.
• Source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and company policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the hiring team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for the US market.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with US hiring practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
