Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for IT positions.
  • Collaborate with assigned Team Leads to understand job requirements, attract suitable candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Strict guidelines and targets on daily basis for quality profile submissions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Excellent understanding social media hiring practices.
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
