Role & responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for IT positions.
Collaborate with assigned Team Leads to understand job requirements, attract suitable candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
Strict guidelines and targets on daily basis for quality profile submissions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Excellent understanding social media hiring practices.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
