Skills & Qualification:

• 3 to 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment (internship or full-time).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as

• Ability to understand job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for IT roles such as

  Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Power BI Developer

  , etc.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Work on job portals like

  Naukri

  ,

  LinkedIn

  , and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate technical fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a quick turnaround time for closures.
