Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Success Leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for Product demonstrations, managing customer relationships promoting our EdTech solutions, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities: Identify new opportunities, pitch offerings, and manage key accounts Establishing contract negotiations and onboarding of institutions and Channel partners Develop strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers New Client Management and provide ongoing technical and product support Engage with Internal Stakeholders for Product & Business development for effective sales strategies and materials. Network at industry events and conferences Regular are very good soft skills and are 100% willing to travel anywhere Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, Business, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 6 - 8 years of sales experience within the EdTech industry Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Experience with CRM software, Excel & Presentations Bonus Points: Experience in government sales, CSR-driven edtech programs, or tech-enabled learning deployments Understanding of AI or immersive (AR/VR) technologies in learning
