Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead for our US IT Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing recruitment teams, creating effective hiring strategies, and delivering top-notch IT talent for C2C, W2, 1099 positions. This is a strategic leadership role that demands excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT staffing industry. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, interview formats, and candidate experiences. What We Need: Proven experience as a Lead IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering recruitment goals. Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced LinkedIn search techniques. Expertise in C2C, W2, 1099 staffing, with an in-depth understanding of various IT technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and motivating recruiters. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
