Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Records & Information Management (RIM) sector.
• Prospect and onboard corporate clients, government agencies, law firms, BFSI companies, and large institutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Present Starbics full suite of servicesincluding physical storage, digital archiving, secure destruction, and specialized warehousingwith clarity and confidence.
• Prepare proposals, commercial quotes, and pricing structures customized to client requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company revenue and profitability goals.
• Conduct market research to identify untapped segments, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity reports, and forecasts in the CRM; ensure strong follow-up discipline.
• Represent Starbic at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and trade networks.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Preferred background in Records Management, Document Storage, Information Management, Secure Shredding, Archiving, Logistics, or data-driven service industries.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a proactive sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driving licence for travel across Delhi NCR
