Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to lead sales growth across key accounts in the digital textile printing industry. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders, including CEOs and directors of customer companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

Present products, solutions, and value propositions confidently to CEOs and senior stakeholders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while providing accurate reporting and forecasts.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Manage and guide the sales team, ensuring strong pipeline management and follow-up.

Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in industrial, textile, printing, or machinery domain).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and exhibitions.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferably lady candidate, confident and professional in communication.

Education Bachelors degree (Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred, BBA, MBA,)
