About Webtric


Webtric builds strong digital presence for global businesses through Website Design, SEO, Local SEO, and AISEO (ChatGPT/Gemini presence).

We work with clients in London, USA, Dubai, and Australia — and we’re expanding fast.


We are not looking for “sales support.”

We need someone who can take full ownership of outreach, meetings, and closing.


Role Overview


Your job is simple:

Find leads → Start conversations → Book calls → Close clients.

You will handle complete business development independently.


This role starts commission-only for a transparent 2–3 month evaluation.

After consistent performance, we move you to Base Salary + Higher Commissions.


What You’ll Do


Identify & reach out to business owners in London, USA, Dubai, Australia


Use LinkedIn, Upwork, email, Instagram & cold outreach


Build custom prospect lists (no pre-set leads, you own the pipeline)


Run discovery calls & pitch Website Design / SEO / Local SEO / AISEO services


Handle objections & close deals independently


Maintain follow-up cadence & CRM discipline


Provide weekly progress reports (targets, conversations, closures)


We’re Looking For


1–4 years experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition


Strong spoken English; comfortable with international clients


Self-driven, target-focused, and disciplined


Good understanding of websites/SEO/digital services (training provided)


Someone who actually enjoys outreach (not a support role)


Ability to work independently without hand-holding


Compensation

Phase 1 (First 2–3 Months): Commission Only


Commission per closed client (high-ticket projects)


Real performance-based evaluation


Phase 2: Base Salary + Higher Commission


After consistent deals and strong monthly performance
