Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients for relocation and mobility services. Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads, set appointments, and pitch service offerings to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Procurement departments. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, calling, meetings, proposals, and negotiations. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis. Represent the company at local industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Candidate Profile: Graduate/MBA preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in relocation services , logistics , hospitality , or mobility industry . Strong experience and confidence in cold calling , tele-sales , and client communication . Good local market knowledge of Pune and surrounding regions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in relocation or international mobility services will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with B2B sales/corporate clients.
