Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Cuttack. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities to drive business growth and revenue. Key duties include managing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also contribute to training, motivating, and ensuring effective performance of the sales team to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including managing sales targets and closing deals
Experience in client relationship management, communication excellence, and understanding client needs
Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in financial products or NBFC operations is preferred
