ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD (ABH): · Requirement Briefing : Passionate young male prospect with friendly and tactful personality for taking charge of Assistant Branch Head position, must determine the causing of low productivity, probably familiar with the three C's on repair orders — Condition, Cause and Correction — which are a necessity to complete a repair order correctly, as well as a warranty claim submission. Acts as liaison between customers and service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline, and expressing customer concerns to service department.
