Job Title: Senior Executive – Global Business Development Location: Thane (Mumbai) Reports To: Senior Manager – Business Development & Marketing Role Purpose: To support global business development and brand visibility by managing exhibitions, creating technical content, coordinating with agencies and identifying new business opportunities, products and applications in international markets. Main Responsibilities: Business Development Identify new markets, customers and sectors for Gala’s products (Fasteners, Springs, Washers). Study new applications and product opportunities in global industries Maintain and update customer data in CRM. Prepare company profiles, presentations and reports for customers and management. Support lead generation through LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and AI tools or apps . Write technical articles, case studies and blog posts related to Gala’s products and industries. Prepare marketing content for website pages, brochures and social media. Support in preparing product videos, customer stories and success highlights. Maintain weekly and monthly reports on leads and new market opportunities. Support internal and external communication with teams and agencies. Assist in preparing management presentations. Use AI and data tools for insights, dashboards and automation support Exhibitions & Events Plan and manage global exhibitions – booking space, booth setup, product displays, giveaways and logistics. Coordinate with design agencies for posters, brochures and booth visuals. Manage visitor data, leads, and post-event reports. Follow up with potential customers after the show. Skills Required: Good written and spoken English. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools and CRM tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks. Education & Experience: Graduate in Engineering, Marketing or Business 3–5 years of experience in development or B2B marketing Exposure to industrial products or global exhibitions preferred
