Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive - IT ServicesDepartment: Sales/Business DevelopmentReports To: Head of Sales/Business Development Manager/GM -Business DevelopmentJob Summary: As a Senior IT Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our IT services division. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Your expertise in IT services and your ability to understand client needs will be essential in delivering tailored solutions that drive client success and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

> Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.> Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and generate business.Understand client business challenges and requirements, providing tailored IT solutions.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.> Sales, Negotiation and Deal close:Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and RFP responses.> Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of services.Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast.> Industry Expertise:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills

Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and software development.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
