Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong B2B Tele Sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in lead generation, tele-calling, and client outreach. Candidates from a similar industry (Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, Personal Care) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct B2B tele sales to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

· Manage daily tele-calling activities to reach potential business partners.

· Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.

· Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Tele Sales.

· Strong background in lead generation and tele-calling.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Preference to candidates with experience in similar industry.
