Senior Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and establish strong client relationships. This will involve conducting market research, generating leads, developing sales strategies, and negotiating to enhance the company's customer base and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. - Create and present sales proposals, pitches, and business plans to potential clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics. - Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach. Additional Details: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be required to make cold calls in the allocated area, work on the provided data, and extract information from Google and other online portals related to restaurants and hotels. The BDE is expected to visit a minimum of 50 Food Business Operators (FBOs) daily, explain the concept to the User Collecting Oil (UCO), and convince the FBO to enroll and sell their used cooking oil to M11 Industries Pvt Ltd.
