Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Junior IT Recruiter role based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. As a Junior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of IT recruitment. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline of tech professionals. You will play an integral role in identifying top talent to meet client needs while contributing to the growth of our recruitment services.

Qualifications

1 - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment field
Skill in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding candidates
Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with knowledge of tech roles such as developers, DevOps engineers, and data specialists
Experience with Recruiting tools, platforms, and database systems
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate with remote and on-site teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with the tech industry or prior experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage
