Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter located in the Greater Hyderabad Area with some work from home flexibility. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, identifying, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our clients. This involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, forging strong relationships with potential hires, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role requires a proactive approach to attracting and retaining high-performing developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and data specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in it recruitment
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
