Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives
• Regularly report on sales metrics and provide forecasts to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer buying behavior
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise solutions like Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
• Existing network of enterprise-level contacts across sectors.
• Certifications in sales or IT products (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft)
