Geographic Focus

• Spend

  minimum 5 - 7 business

  days/month in Gujarat across Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad.
• Achieve

  15+ client meetings/month in Gujarat

  leading to consistent closures.

Associations & Visibility

• Secure 10 speaking engagements (seminars/webinars) in FY 26
• Secure 25 speaking engagements (seminars/webinars) for FY 27 and FY 28
• Build visibility as a trusted advisor for SMEs in financial automation.

Partner Community Development

• Build a network of 10 active partners by the end of FY 2026.
• Extend the network to 35 active Partners by the end of FY 2027
• Ensure partner networks contribute 25%+ of total leads by FY 2027
• Conduct quarterly partner-engagement programs (training, updates, rewards).
