Job Drescription -

1. Daily Posting Execution

Post 12 pieces of content daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
Maintain 100% consistency as per the content calendar.

2. Content Scheduling & Management

Schedule posts in advance using Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Update and manage the monthly content calendar.

3. Caption, Hashtag & SEO Optimization

Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned captions.
Use SEO keywords to improve discoverability on search + social platforms.
Maintain a hashtag library segmented by industry, reach, and trending tags.
Insert ALT text, keyword-optimized descriptions, and geotags (where applicable).

4. Basic Creative Adaptation

Adapt final design assets to platform-specific formats (stories, reels, posts).
Ensure strict brand guideline compliance.

5. Analytics, Algorithms & Performance Reporting

Track weekly metrics: reach, impressions, saves, shares, clicks, profile visits.
Analyze which posts perform best and why identify patterns based on platform algorithms.

Work Timings : 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM [Mondays to Fridays]

10:30 AM - 05:30 PM [1st & 3rd Saturdays]

Location : Diamond Heritage, BBD Bag
