Functions / Day to day activities: -

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Plan and execute

    field sales activities

    , including property site visits, market mapping, and lead generation.
  • Conduct

    prospecting, calling, and follow-ups

    to convert leads into confirmed property sales.
  • Organize and coordinate

    property exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, and client meet-ups

    to promote projects.
  • Build and maintain

    strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Present

    property proposals, floor plans, and quotations

Qualifications / Experience / Skills - Minimum

Eligibility & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
