Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prospect into State, Local, and Education organizations to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and build specific relationship maps for the territory, including existing and aspirational contacts.
Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with SLED enterprises by selling value and ROI.
Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth within the assigned territory.
Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that require creative problem-solving.
Identify robust sets of value drivers behind all opportunities and ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $50k+ per year.
Ability to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own.
Experience working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar).
Experience selling into state, local, and education organizations with the ability to win new logos.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A Bachelor's degree is required; relevant certifications are preferred.
