Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for PLM software solutions
Develop and execute account plans for large and strategic customers
Meet and exceed annual revenue and booking targets

Account & Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with CXOs, VPs, Engineering Heads, IT Heads, and Procurement teams
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business processes and digital transformation goals
Manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Solution & Consultative Selling

Position PLM solutions (CAD/CAE/PLM/ALM integration, Digital Manufacturing, Simulation, etc.) aligned to customer needs
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals and demos
Lead RFP/RFQ responses, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

Market & Industry Focus

Focus on industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, Electronics, and Hi-Tech
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations in the PLM ecosystem

Preferred

Exposure to PLM platforms (Dassault, Siemens, PTC, etc.)
