- Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients for cloud telephony and communication solutions.- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams).- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closure.- Travel extensively (domestic/international as required) for client meetings, presentations, and business events.- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to senior management.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud communication space.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).-6 + years of proven experience in Enterprise or B2B Sales within Cloud Telephony / SaaS / VoIP / UCaaS domains.- Demonstrated success in managing high-value enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client and business engagements.- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
