Job Summary:

Enterprise Sales Manager

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned territories or verticals.
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise clients across industries.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention through regular engagement and service excellence.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
Track and report on sales metrics, win/loss ratios, and market insights.
Provide regular updates to leadership on account status, risks, and opportunities.

Key Skills:

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously
Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of digital platforms and solutions
