Job Summary:

Enterprise Sales Manager

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise clients across industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention through regular engagement and service excellence.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, win/loss ratios, and market insights.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on account status, risks, and opportunities.
