Job Description

Number of Vacancy:

Location:

Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the companys products.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
Manage funnels. forecast. and seize sales opportunities.
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Any Graduate/ MBA (Marketing)

Additional Information

5+ years of experience in IT Hardware/Networking Industry preferred.
Able to use laptop, excel, word, power point and mail comfortably.
Good in lead generation, mapping the key customer accounts,
Able to provide quality leadership to a small team of sales people
Strong communication
In-depth knowledge of the industry
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines of the target/ budget with good margin of bottom line.
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and work.
Excellent time management and able to cover the territory to create brand presence in different segments of the customers.
Ready to travel as per job requirements.
