Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from presentation and solution pitching to closure.
  • Present and demonstrate HRMS solutions to CXOs, HR Heads, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Min 2+ years in

    B2B SaaS sales

    .
  • Candidates from

    payroll services

    or

    HR software sales

    background preferred.
  • Must have experience with

    enterprise sales

    cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to CXOs or HR leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, or HR Tech products preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual contributor with a results-oriented mindset.
