Role Overview We are seeking a GCC Business Development Lead with strong industry connections and a proven track record of working with companies establishing or expanding Global Capability Centers (GCCs) . Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and strategy leaders, identify companies planning to set up GCCs, and generate hiring requirements for our recruitment team to fulfill. This role is ideal for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or talent acquisition specifically related to GCCs in India and other global markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with organizations planning to establish or expand GCCs. Leverage your network of CXOs, CHROs, and GCC ecosystem leaders to generate qualified hiring leads. Partner with internal teams to scope hiring needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Build long-term strategic relationships with consulting firms, industry bodies, and GCC advisors. Consistently deliver new GCC client requirements that OptimHire can support through hiring. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or recruitment focused on GCCs. Deep connections with decision-makers in the GCC ecosystem (corporates, consultants, and industry leaders). Strong understanding of GCC setup models, hiring challenges, and talent strategies. Proven success in building partnerships and converting them into business opportunities. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
