Role Overview

You will own the commercial motion across the GCC region, with a focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role covers pipeline generation, enterprise-level engagement, negotiation, and contract execution. You must understand how hiring decisions and procurement actually work in GCC organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert HR, Talent Acquisition, CTO/Engineering leaders across GCC
    • High-touch outbound via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn • Lead structured discovery aligned to workforce planning and urgent hiring needs • Present OptimHires value proposition clearly against local competitive context • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility for forecasting • Coordinate with delivery teams for strategic talent fulfillment • Own commercial negotiation, legal alignment, and execution of agreements

Performance Milestones

  • Minimum 6 executed GCC client contracts every 3-week cycle
    • Consistent weekly outreach, meetings, and proposal-to-closure throughput • Reliable conversion ratios through the full sales funnel

Experience Requirements

  • 13 years in B2B sales for HR-tech / IT staffing / talent solutions in GCC markets
    • Demonstrated outbound performance and deal closure • Experience selling into HR Heads, TA Directors, CTOs, CIOs, and Founders in UAE/KSA • Understanding of GCC procurement, budgeting, and hiring ecosystem • SPIN / Challenger / MEDDIC knowledge preferred but not mandatory • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven hunter DNA and GCC buyer communication experience
    • Professional English fluency (Arabic is an advantage but optional) • Strong discovery skills with senior decision-makers • CRM discipline and data-driven execution • Contract negotiation and stakeholder influence ability • Operates with urgency, persistence, and resilience
