Key Responsibilities -

Business Development:
Prospect and approach potential clients for international express/courier services. -
Sales Management:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management. -
Client Relationship:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. -
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans. -
Pricing & Quotation:
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients. -
Coordination:
Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in express, courier, or parcel sales
- Strong understanding of global logistics, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
