Role Overview

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will own revenue from the first touch to contract signature. Expect high-volume outreach, structured qualification, commercial negotiation, and closing. Success requires strong outbound stamina, hiring-process knowledge, and the ability to guide buyers through a fast decision cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and qualify HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology leadership prospects
    • Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn pipelines • Lead discovery calls and present OptimHires hiring solutions with clarity and ROI focus • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and consistent revenue forecasting • Work closely with internal delivery teams to match client demand with vetted pipelines • Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and onboarding arrangements • Drive velocity, push deals to closure, and ensure clean handoff to delivery

Performance Milestones

  • Minimum 8 executed client contracts per 3-week cycle
    • Full achievement of weekly outreach, meeting, and qualified pipeline metrics • Conversion discipline at each stage (connect meeting proposal close)

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales in SaaS, HR-tech, IT staffing, or talent-acquisition services
    • Proven outbound prospecting and closing performance • Exposure to selling into HR/Talent/Tech decision-makers • Working knowledge of staffing GTM motions and tech hiring workflows • SPIN / Challenger / MEDDIC familiarity preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Marketing (preferred, not required)

    • Consultative selling, questioning, and objection handling • Negotiation acumen and commercial discipline • CRM-driven pipeline and data tracking rigor • Fast-paced operator with resilience and ownership mentality
