1. Undergoing training to have complete understanding of products & services provided by company for sales.
2. CRM
3. Identify leads for sales and add in performance tool and keep updating lead as it progresses in pipeline.
4. Introduce company and products.
5. Capture requirement of customers as per SOP.
6. Follow up for order and coordinate with internal team to ensure fulfilment of order.
7. Ensure orders are shipped in time to arrive by the customers requested delivery time.
8. Trace and track shipments to ensure the delivery in time and resolve the queries of customers.
9. Ensure correct information is maintained for booking detail & documentation.
10. Closing the deal and take feedback from clients.
