Role Overview

The Team Leader – North Kerala will be responsible for leading and driving the sales operations across the assigned territory. The role focuses on strengthening secondary sales, improving sell-outs, managing ISD operations, and ensuring strong distributor and dealer engagement to achieve business targets for Franke–Faber products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the secondary sales team across the assigned North Kerala territory (Thrissur – Kasaragod)
  • Drive

    secondary sales (sell-outs)

    and ensure consistent market performance
  • Plan and execute

    market strategies, promotions, and schemes

    to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Manage

    ISD (In-Shop Demonstrator) operations

    , including deployment, performance tracking, and productivity improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    distributors, dealers, and channel partners

  • Ensure effective

    market coverage

    , outlet expansion, and visibility standards
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where required
  • Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and reviews with team members
  • Analyze competition activities and provide market feedback to management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting systems, and compliance norms

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3–6 years

    of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in

    consumer durables / home appliances / kitchen appliances

    is preferred
  • Proven ability in team handling and distributor management
  • Strong understanding of secondary sales, sell-out planning, and channel operations
  • Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits

  • 35,000 per month (Variable Pay & Incentives will be extra)
