Job Description

1. Talent Partnership Acquisition & Development

  • Identify and generate new hiring partnerships with startups, GCCs, enterprises, and staffing firms.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and build a strong outbound pipeline using digital tools, AI lead sourcing, and professional networks.
  • Pitch NxtWaves talent solutions and Edge assessments to decision-makers (CHROs, CTOs, Talent Heads, Founders).

2. Requirement Management & Conversions

  • Own the complete hiring funnel: JD understanding Ensure continuous supply-to-demand mapping with relevant, assessed candidates.
  • Negotiate terms, facilitate salary finalizations, and maximize placement outcomes.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partner companies.
  • Maintain strong engagement through regular updates, placement reports, and hiring insights.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships ensuring repeat business and multi-role partnerships.

4. Data & Funnel Ownership

  • Track leading and lagging metrics, Use CRM tools, Google Sheets, CRM Tools, AI automations to maintain clean dashboards and forecast hiring trends.

5. Brand & Market Presence

  • Represent NxtWave in industry events, hiring conclaves, and networking forums.
  • Contribute to case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership via LinkedIn and client success stories.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • 1–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate hiring, staffing, or enterprise partnerships.
  • Excellent communication & consultative selling abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closure skills with a revenue-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, GSuites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for research, outreach automation, pitch preparation, and performance tracking.
