Role Summary

You’ll build and maintain automations that power our growth engine—connecting

n8n

workflows with the

OpenAI API

Salesforce

, and

Postgres

to move leads, generate content, and trigger actions in real time. This is a builder role for a fresher/junior with a programming background who loves APIs, data pipelines, and shipping workflows that save hours every week.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows to automate lead capture, routing, enrichment, scoring, and notifications.
Call OpenAI APIs (chat/completions, embeddings) for classification, summarization, and copy generation; design prompts and guardrails.
Integrate with Salesforce (REST/Bulk API) for Lead/Contact/Account upserts, deduplication, and field mapping; handle OAuth and rate limits.
Create/maintain Postgres schemas, write performant SQL, and ensure data integrity (idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues).
Build/consume webhooks and HTTP requests; validate payloads, implement retry/backoff, and sign/verify requests.
Add monitoring & alerting (error budgets, latency, failure rates), basic observability (logs/metrics), and runbooks.
Document workflows (README, diagrams), write lightweight unit tests for core transforms, and follow Git-based change control.
Partner with Performance Marketing to A/B test AI-generated subject lines/copies and report lift.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent).

Requirements

Solid Python (FastAPI/Flask basics), strong SQL with Postgres.
Comfort with REST/JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks/HTTP requests, and API clients.
Strong debugging mindset; clear written documentation.

Good To Have Skills

Practical exposure to n8n (or similar: Zapier, Make, Airflow, Prefect) and Git.
Familiarity with Salesforce objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity) and REST/Bulk APIs.
Understanding of prompt design and safe use of OpenAI APIs.
Node.js/TypeScript basics, Docker, pytest, Pydantic, data validation.
GA4, ad platform APIs (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for reporting automations.
Basics of privacy/PII handling and secrets management (env vars, vaults).
