Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for semiconductor platforms, embedded developer sites, and technical product ecosystems. Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user interviews to understand technical workflows. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts for both marketing and functional digital tools. Deliver wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and polished visual designs. Export design assets and specifications from Figma or Adobe XD and translate them into functional, responsive web code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product managers, engineers, and developers. Develop solutions that simplify complex information architectures and data-heavy dashboards. Ensure all designs are accessible, scalable, and optimized for conversion, usability, and performance. Work in an agile, iterative environment and contribute to building a unified design system. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in semiconductor, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for complex, technical, or data-driven applications. Experience designing for web, mobile, internal platforms, and enterprise-level systems. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow, and similar web design or prototyping platforms. Practical coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to convert visual designs into working web components. Solid understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) principles, usability best practices, and user-centric design. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design handoffs efficiently. Build and optimize digital assets Design, code, and test responsive emails and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Manage and maintain websites and microsites on platforms like Webflow or WordPress. Ensure all assets are on-brand, accessible, and perform flawlessly across devices and browsers. 2. Set up and manage automation workflows Build, test, and maintain automation sequences in tools like HubSpot, Eloqua, or Brevo. Implement lead capture forms, segmentation logic, and campaign triggers. Manage data flows between CRMs, marketing platforms, and analytics tools. 3. Collaborate across teams Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to execute campaign ideas. Translate creative concepts into functional, measurable digital executions. Coordinate with the marketing team on deployment schedules and QA processes. 4. Track, analyze, and improve performance Use Google Analytics and platform reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Recommend improvements to boost engagement, deliverability, and conversion rates. Help define and refine technical processes for faster, more reliable campaign execution. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital automation or web development. Strong skills in HTML and CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Brevo, Salesforce, etc.). Proficient in Webflow and WordPress, with knowledge of other CMS platforms is an added advantage.
