Job Description

Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows to automate lead capture, routing, enrichment, scoring, and notifications.
Call OpenAI APIs (chat/completions, embeddings) for classification, summarization, and copy generation; design prompts and guardrails.
Integrate with Salesforce (REST/Bulk API) for
Lead/Contact/Account
upserts, deduplication, and field mapping; handle OAuth and rate limits.
Create/maintain Postgres schemas, write performant SQL, and ensure data integrity (idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues).
Build/consume
webhooks
and
HTTP requests
; validate payloads, implement retry/backoff, and sign/verify requests.
Add monitoring & alerting (error budgets, latency, failure rates), basic observability (logs/metrics), and runbooks.
Document workflows (README, diagrams), write lightweight unit tests for core transforms, and follow Git-based change control.
Partner with Performance Marketing to A/B test AI-generated subject lines/copies and report lift.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent)
