We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and delivering impactful features to enhance user experience. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in solving real-world problems using AI-driven technologies and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify common customer needs and assist in creating productised solutions. Conduct in-depth research through customer and non-customer interviews to understand business problems, user pain points, and behavioral patterns. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify pain points and determine solutions that can be productised. Develop detailed use cases, product requirement documents, design documents, agile user stories, and wireframes. Work closely with Development/Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features. Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating requirements and delivery timelines. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably with exposure to Conversational AI products. Data-driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Core Product Management Skills: Thorough understanding of product management roles and expectations. Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working closely with software and design teams to define, scope, and build features. Customer Engagement: Proven ability to work directly with business-facing teams/customers for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution implementation. Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on maximizing customer experience. Design Knowledge: Good understanding of usability and user interface design principles and tools. Communication Skills: Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills. As a Senior QA Engineer, you won’t just “test” things — you’ll be a quality advocate , ensuring that what we ship delights customers, scales reliably, and sets new standards for excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact: Drive quality from day one by participating in planning, design, and requirement reviews. Implement shift-left QA by integrating testing early in the development cycle. Mentor junior QA members and elevate the quality mindset across teams. Own test strategy, automation pipelines, regression cycles, and release quality. Collaborate deeply with developers, designers, and PMS to ship fast and right. What You’ll Do: Design and maintain test cases across Web, Mobile, and API layers. Develop automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress. Create QA tooling (dashboards, scripts, utilities) that reduce manual effort and errors. Lead regression efforts and continuously optimise test cycles for speed and reliability. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality releases. Ensure consistent use of best practices and help evolve the QA playbook. What You’ll Bring: 3–4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing. Strong command of Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools like Postman. Strong coding/debugging skills in Java or JavaScript. Exposure to QA tooling or internal utilities development. Solid understanding of web, mobile, and API test strategies. Agile mindset, team player, and a proactive attitude toward building scalable QA systems. Agile mindset with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement. Bonus: Knowledge of AI Assistant platforms or SaaS-based product testing.
