Visual Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging marketing videos, including product explainers, event highlights, and customer stories.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form reels, promos, and social snippets.
• Work with the content team to align videos with campaign goals and brand tone.
• Add high-quality motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage media assets, project files, and version control efficiently.
• Stay updated on video trends, styles, and platform best practices (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams for internal and external videos.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in video editing (preferably in tech, SaaS, or startup environments).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools).
• Experience with motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and pacing instincts.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging visuals.
• A strong showreel or portfolio of past work (link required).
• Basic knowledge of YouTube optimization, aspect ratios, and export formats.

• Bonus: Experience in shooting or directing videos.
